Privacy policy

This covers the personal data you send us in two places on this site: the contact form and the job application form. It does not cover anything beyond that, because that is all this site collects.

Who this is

EpicDigital, registered as Epic Digital, is the Dhaka production studio of Elixo Group LLC, a company registered in the United States. Elixo Group LLC is the entity responsible for the data described here. For any question about this policy, email hello@epicdigital.xyz.

Contact form messages

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the company you give us, what kind of work you're asking about, and the message itself. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to run the resulting project. We don't add you to a marketing list from this form, and we don't share it outside the studio.

Job applications

When you apply for a role through our job application form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Depending on the role, we may also ask for links such as a portfolio, LinkedIn profile, or showreel, along with a cover letter and your CV file. We use this to evaluate your application against the role you've applied for, and to contact you about the outcome or next steps. We also record which link or site you reached the form from, so we know which channels our roles are actually found through. We don't use any of it for another purpose, and we don't share it outside the hiring team.

Where it's stored

Everything above is held in a Cloudflare-hosted database. Uploaded CVs are kept separately in private file storage on the same infrastructure. Cloudflare is our processor for this data and may handle it on servers outside Bangladesh as part of running that infrastructure; we don't use it for anything beyond storing and serving what you send us. Access is limited to the studio team members who work on client enquiries or hiring.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as they're relevant to an ongoing or potential project. Job applications are kept for the hiring round they were submitted for, and for up to 12 months afterward in case a future opening is a better fit. Either way, you can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will.
