If you write good English, you understand how Facebook actually works, and you can handle a computer, this job is for you.

You do not need marketing experience. The process is written down and we will train you on it. The one thing we cannot train is your writing, which is why the application below asks you to write something rather than list what you have done.

EpicDigital sells printed apparel to interest communities on Facebook, and this role does the selling. Every community has its own tone and its own rules, and reading those correctly is most of the work.

This is a part-time evening shift, 5pm to 10pm, six days a week. Please only apply if that genuinely works for you, because we would rather lose an application now than a person in month two.

What the day looks like

• Write posts that introduce our designs to a specific community
• Publish where and how each group’s rules allow
• Answer the comments and messages that come back
• Track what worked, and feed it back so the next post is better
• Use AI tools to draft, then edit until it reads like a person wrote it

What you need

• Strong written English. You are writing copy that strangers decide to trust or ignore in about two seconds.
• Working comfort with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, and the judgement to edit what it gives you rather than paste it
• Genuinely available for the evening shift, 5pm to 10pm, six days a week
• A sense for community rules. Posting where you were asked not to costs us the whole group.

What you do not need

• Prior marketing or sales experience. Freshers are welcome, and several of these seats will go to freshers.
• A portfolio or published writing. If you can write, the cover letter below is where you prove it.
• Your own laptop. We provide the workstation.

On degrees

We have never asked to see a certificate. The cover letter below is the test, and it is a fairer one: it shows how you write today, which is the only thing this job actually runs on. Where you studied, or whether you finished, does not come into it.

How we train you

Your first week is our written process and our house voice, working with someone already doing it. You will not be sent into a group on day one and told to sell something. The people who do well here are the ones who read an audience quickly, and that gets better with reps.

About your cover letter

We read this before the CV, so put the work here. Include a short post, in English, selling a t-shirt to one interest group. Pick the group yourself, nurses or dog owners or anything else. Around 80 words, written the way you would actually post it.

If you drafted it with an AI tool, say so, and tell us what you changed. We are not testing whether you used one. We are testing whether you can tell good output from bad.

How we hire

Compensation

BDT 11,000 – 16,000 / month

This is the part-time rate for five hours a night, six nights a week. Where you land in it depends on your writing, not on your years of experience.

Every role starts with a three-month probation period.
