Social Media Marketing Executive Full training provided

EpicDigital is a content production studio in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. We sell printed apparel to interest communities on Facebook, and this role does the selling.

This is an entry-level role and no marketing experience is required. The process is written down and we train you on it, working next to someone already doing the job rather than sending you into a group on day one. Training is part of the job here, not something you pay for or wait out, and you are on salary throughout. The one thing we cannot train is your writing, which is why the form below asks you to write something rather than list what you have done.

We will be straight about the work. Every community has its own tone and its own rules, and reading those correctly is most of the job. It is the same loop most nights: read the group, write the post, publish it where the rules allow, and answer what comes back. The people who do well here get better at reading an audience quickly, and that comes from reps rather than from a course.

This is a part-time evening shift, 5pm to 10pm. Please only apply if that genuinely works for you, because we would rather lose an application now than a person in month two.

What the day looks like

• Write posts that introduce our designs to a specific community
• Publish where and how each group’s rules allow
• Answer the comments and messages that come back
• Track what worked, and feed it back so the next post is better
• Use AI tools to draft, then edit until it reads like a person wrote it

What you need

• Strong written English. You are writing copy that strangers decide to trust or ignore in about two seconds.
• Working comfort with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar, and the judgement to edit what it gives you rather than paste it
• Genuinely available for the evening shift, 5pm to 10pm, six days a week
• A sense for community rules. Posting where you were asked not to costs us the whole group.

What you do not need

• Prior marketing or sales experience. Freshers are welcome, and several of these seats will go to freshers.
• A portfolio or published writing. If you can write, the cover letter below is where you prove it.
• Your own laptop. We provide the workstation and the tools.

On degrees

We have never asked to see a certificate. The cover letter below is the test, and it is a fairer one: it shows how you write today, which is the only thing this job actually runs on. Where you studied, or whether you finished, does not come into it.

Hours and terms

5pm to 10pm, six nights a week, from our Mirpur DOHS office.

We do not ask for a security deposit, a bond, or a service agreement of any kind, at any stage. If an employer in Bangladesh asks you for money, walk away from it.

About your cover letter

This is the writing test, so write it yourself in English. We read it before the CV, so put the work here. Include a short post selling a t-shirt to one interest group. Pick the group yourself, nurses or dog owners or anything else. Around 80 words, written the way you would actually post it.

If you drafted it with an AI tool, say so, and tell us what you changed. We are not testing whether you used one. We are testing whether you can tell good output from bad.

How we hire

1. Apply through the form on this page, with your sample post in the cover letter. That is the part we read first, so spend your time there rather than on formatting your CV.
2. If you are shortlisted, we contact you by both email and phone with a date and time within 7 days.
3. A live writing task at our Mirpur DOHS office, around 45 minutes. Nothing to prepare, and we tell you in advance what to expect.
4. An interview on the same visit. We tell you the outcome, and if it is a yes we agree your salary in that conversation. You will not be left guessing where in the range you landed.

Compensation

BDT 11,000 – 16,000 / month

This is the part-time rate for five hours a night, six nights a week. Where you land in it depends on your writing, not on your years of experience.
